Listings that are beautifully decorated, organized, functional and clean get more money statistically. Is YOUR home or listing ready to get TOP dollar? This consultation is the first step to getting there. For this consultation we will meet at your property and discuss ideas and the potential of the property. We begin with a walk-through of your home or listing, going room by room. We will discuss staging options, and I will answer any other questions you may have. If you choose to stage with us, your $125 consultation fee will apply toward the staging service total.
