The vacation rental industry is booming. Due to all the amenities and perks, people are often choosing to stay in a vacation rental property vs. a hotel. Some vacation rental properties gain such popularity they are booked solid for most of the year. During this consultation we will meet at the property and discuss ideas and the potential of the property. We begin with a walk-through of your vacation rental property, going room by room. We will discuss design ideas, lifestyle, tastes, your likes and dislikes, options, and any other questions you may have. We will also have a budget planning discussion. At the end of this appointment we will discuss options for styling your vacation rental so that it becomes a favorite on everyone's list!
